About Lessa Bouchard

I believe in the transformative power of art. I am committed to creative media making and the creation of diverse public experiences that reflect a spirit of community advocacy, a strong teaching artist practice, and an adventurous, rigorously questioning aesthetic. Much of my current work explores connectivity: the neighborhood places that bring us together, the gestures we share in common, how we find information and the role books play in our lives, uniquely connecting us through time and space through a physical object.
