The first shows the date of Silicon Valley Open Studios and the second has a blank area where you can add your own site address and weekend dates. Print as many copies as you wish on glossy paper and use them to promote your open studio. These are fairly higr resolution pdf files and may take a minute or two to completely download.
Join our Yahoo Group for Artists
You can join our Yahoo Group for Artists to get more information and to communicate with other artists about arranging your own group site. There is no cost to join the Yahoo Groups for Artists and you are not obligated to register for Silicon Valley Open Studios. You can also use this to post questions about Silicon Valley Open Studios. Just click the purple button to the left to go to the Yahoo Groups sigh-up page. You'll need to have (or sign up for) a free Yahoo account in order to join this group.
Post Cards
We realize that many of you prefer to make your own post cards, but for those who wish, you may purchase post cards from Silicon Valley Open Studios when you register. Two of our recent postcards are shown at the left. Each year, we submit images from those who order our cards to the postcard designer. She selects 10 to 20 at her option to place on the front.
The back of the card has a place for your name and the address and site number for each of the three weekends of the Silicon Valley Open Studios event. Or, you can make your own labels to apply instead. The right hand part of the back is blank so you can apply your own address labels.
The cards will be delivered to you in late March so you will have a month to get them out to your mailing list.
SVOS Invitational Shows
In addition, participants in Silicon Valley Open Studios are eligible for consideration in one of the SVOS Invitational shows during the coming year. These shows are by invitation to SVOS participating artists who have demonstrated outstanding ability in an on-going body of work.
