After a traumatic brain injury, I began an abstract painting practice to express my altered state of consciousness. For almost a year. I had a sense of self, but no ability to maintain identity. I could only “be.”
The past did not get recorded in memory, and I couldn’t conceive of “the future.”
There was only the created moment of now, surrendering over and over again while the slow transformation of healing occurred.
My paintings express this potency, dreaming the awakening of the world, creating new neural pathways from which the future of humanity will emerge.
The images are portals and channels for the shimmering, energetic field of the eternal.
In their presence, you’re invited to remember who you are and what you’re here for.
