My inspiration comes from nature and colors which brings our emotions from within. As I am working on developing my art piece, I look for motion of the brush, the flow of the paints and the color movements….how do they make me feel…what thoughts and feelings do the colors and the paint movement evoke in me? I am a calm artist. I create art that moves me. When I can look at my piece and say “wow” I know then, that my art piece is finished. When you look at my artwork, my goal is for you to see calmness, happiness, joy and… smile.

I am a retired music teacher turned artist, photographer and an accountability coach. I have spent my life teaching by developing young minds using the art of music and creativity.
