Sea Scouts Boathouse at King Tide
Located in the Palo Alto Baylands Nature Preserve, this old boathouse served the Sea Scouts as headquarters for many years. Dredging was stopped in the 1970s and what was once a harbor for small boats, has turned into the marsh pictured here, flooded at a king tide. The boathouse is now used as an environmental center. Beautifully framed. $2400

LaRhee Webster
Award-winning artist LaRhee Webster says; "For me, painting is personal. I paint the things I love and the places I want to be. I paint what I do because I feel a strong visual and emotional connection with my subjects. Every painting has a story and my goal is to tell that story and share it with others. I love celebrating nature through my art."
Webster’s subject matter reflects a life-long love of the California hills, coasts, and the ranch animals she grew up with. She paints in oils, both en plain air and in her Palo Alto studio. She has exhibited in juried shows for the San Jose Museum of Art, New Museum Los Gatos, the California Art Club, the Pacific Art League, and the Santa Cruz Art League and other venues throughout the state. Her paintings are enjoyed across and US and internationally.
