Maria Kazanskaya

Maria is a Russian-American artist who received classical art training in Russia and established herself as an artist in America. In her works, she explores the liminal space between representation and abstraction, so her paintings can be enjoyed on both the formal and narrative levels. Maria has an extensive list of personal and group exhibitions in the United States and Russia, including solo shows at Stanford University and at Samara Regional Museum of Art (Russia). Her works can be found in numerous public and private collections around the world.
