Venetia
Venetia was inspired by a digital sketch. I ____transferred the sketch and painted the line and ____shapes with acrylic, then applied wet plaster ____material around those lines, then smoothed __Plaster __of Paris over using a straight edge spatula __until the __wood was entirely covered with a thin __coat. I then __used a acrylic pencil to add some __depth of color __onto the surface. Framed in a one __inch black __wood floater.

Grace Refuerzo
I am a self-taught artist and photographer. My inspiration comes from nature, architecture, or just organically. As an abstractionist, I love to experiment with different mediums such as acrylic, encaustic, plaster and oil. Most of my paintings are sketched first either by hand or digitally, then transferred to canvas. Art is not only a passion of mine, it brings me peace, harmony and it’s a creative outlet of expression.
