Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a return or exchange of any item in original condition within two days of receipt for a full refund. (Individual artists’ pieces may have a different return policy; if so, it will be stated in the item’s description.) Be sure to inspect your purchases carefully upon receipt (either at pickup or shipment delivery). If you have any concerns, please contact the artist to discuss. If you decide to proceed with a return or exchange, please notify both the artist and SVOS (at email@example.com). Upon confirmation of a return by the artist, refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Return or exchange shipment or pickup must be arranged with the artist. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Delivery options are indicated in each item’s listing. Artists may offer local pickup or shipping, or both, which must be arranged with the artists. The standard location for pickup or ship-from is shown in the information for each piece. Alternative pickup location may be coordinated between artist and buyer. There is no charge for you to pick up your purchase. However, the cost of shipping is not included in your online purchase, and must be arranged with the artist. If you choose to ship, make sure your purchase is insured for its full value. SVOS does not accept liability for any damage in transit.
Do you ship outside California or internationally?
Check with the artist. Not all artists ship to all areas. Please note, California sales tax is applied to all orders.
Major credit cards and PayPal are accepted.
We respect your privacy. SVOS does not store your credit card or other payment information. SVOS does not sell your information, or share it with any third parties aside from our ordering and payment processing provider. Cookies are used only for essential website operations and not for any marketing purposes.
