My venture into digital photography began when I was challenged to take accurate photos of my husband’s silver jewelry. Once a piece is sold, unless there is a photo, it might disappear forever. From the jewelry photos, I added flowers, the natural beauty of which is ephemeral.

I moved to San Mateo County from Southern California and discovered beautiful landscapes. One needs only to step outside to encounter scenic vistas. Architecture is another favorite subject that challenges me to find an interesting perspective, so San Francisco provides many opportunities.
