Guy Holman

I have been painting and drawing since 1947. I did so all through college. I had a one man show in Auburn, California with my first batch of impressionist oil paintings. I started selling my art by chance around 1967 and then made a living as a street artist in San Francisco for 17 years, painting on tee-shirts but also doing canvases and commercial art. I might be categorized as an illustrator but I do work in various type of fine art too. I use the airbrush, oils, acrylics, enamels, inks and other media and also study Chinese calligraphy. I also sometimes create sculptures in different media.
