GREG STIRLING
My 2025 Open Studio features hundreds of artworks never seen by the public. My last open studio was in 1993. Included in this show are hundreds of unstretched paintings on canvas, dozens of stretched paintings on canvas, many professionally framed, dozens of prints on canvas, hand embellished giclee on canvas, as well as kinetic sculpture. Styles include abstract expressionism, impressionism, representational, figurative, realism, and most recently automotive art. I also have thousands of digital images that can be made into prints or paintings as well as commissions. I am a member of the Guild of Motoring Artists. This showing is more akin to an estate sale or solo show representing a lifetime of work. This is an ideal resource for a reseller or public space…
As an artist, my journey has been a fascinating exploration of various styles, techniques, and media. I began my artistic endeavors in 1980, immersing myself in abstract expressionism and the art of the 20th century. Over the years, I delved into post-war impressionism, constantly seeking new ways to express my creativity. However, it was realism that truly captured my heart. The challenge of capturing the essence of reality on canvas, and then by digital illustration, became my passion. I experimented with different techniques, pushing the boundaries of what I could achieve. Through my paintings, I aim to evoke emotions, tell stories, and connect with viewers on a profound level."
