SVOS2026 Registration Opens in December

Event Schedule

• Weekend 1 (May 02 - 03): targeted toward Coastside and Northern Peninsula exhibit locations (Pacifica & Half Moon Bay)
• Weekend 2 (May 09 - 10): targeted for the Mid-Peninsula (from San Carlos to Los Altos & Mountain View)
• Weekend 3 (May 16 - 17): targeted for the South Bay (Sunnyvale and south)
• Important Deadlines
  • Registration opens 12/8/2025 and closes 1/23/2026
  • Late registration starts 1/24/2026 and closes 2/1/2026 for inclusion in printed directory
  • No changes to the printed directory after 2/7/2026 – online directory changes only
  • Purchase directory advertising at discounted artist rates through your registration portal

2026 Registration Fees

Membership in Silicon Valley Visual Arts is required for SVOS participation

• $145 regular plus $50 SVVA membership
• $125 senior (65+) plus $50 SVVA membership
• $45 student* plus $50 SVVA membership
• $225 late** (after 1/23/26) plus $50 SVVA membership

* Students: please email registration@svos.org with a scan or photo of your current student ID card. Upon review and approval, you will be sent a student registration code. In addition, if you are under 18, please have your parents or guardian review our artist terms and conditions and email us their permission for you to participate.
** Late registration (after close) may be accepted, but only if it can be accommodated.

2026 Late Registration

Registration for late entry at $275 with no print directory listing is open. Late artists will be listed in the online directory at SVOS.org. We recommend that late artists already have an active site to exhibit. It will appear in the online map.

Staying Informed

To receive updates about upcoming events, registration deadlines, and other information of interest specifically for artists, add yourself to our artist mailing list using the form at the bottom of the page. Note: This is our primary means of communicating with our artists, so it is a critical step. We do not automatically sign people up. Don’t miss out! Sign up at the bottom of this page and be sure to select the “Silicon Valley Artists” list. You can remove yourself or change your preferred mailings at any time using the “update profile” link at the bottom of our emails.

Once you have signed up, be sure to periodically check your spam folder, especially if we are approaching a new event registration period and you haven’t been seeing our emails. We use a well-known and well-regarded mailing system, but our emails sometimes get wrongly classified as spam. Please help combat this by selecting any of our emails that end up in spam and designating them as “not spam”. This retrains your mail server’s spam filters and helps reduce the number of misclassified messages.

FULFILL YOUR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

Prepare for registration now by selecting your artwork and artist photo, and updating your artist statement, if necessary.

Artists may exhibit up to six artworks in their online SVOS gallery.

Detailed instructions for registration are available on the registration page.

If you need to change any of your gallery artwork, log in and select Edit Images.  You can then remove pieces and submit new ones to replace them.  Changes are not posted immediately to the gallery. They are normally processed weekly on Fridays.  Changes submitted after the deadline for the printed directory appear only in the online gallery. Let us know if you have any problems.
